Navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence

Private Psychotherapy Practice

I offer a reflective and relational space where you can slow down and reconnect with yourself to create impactful change

I am a BACP-registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with over six years of experience. My work is grounded in a depth-based approach, looking not only at what is happening now, but at how past experiences and relationships continue to shape the present.

Many of the ways we cope with emotional difficulty, such as withdrawing, overthinking, or trying to stay in control, once helped us survive experiences that felt too much to manage alone.

Together, we can gently explore these patterns and find a way to move from overthinking and fear towards living more fully.

I am here to support you.

These are some of the difficulties I work with:

·  Relationship difficulties

·  General anxiety, panic attacks and dissociation

·  Performance anxiety

·  Perfectionism and a harsh inner critical voice

·  Creative blocks and procrastination

·  Identity, self-esteem, and questions of belonging

·  Low mood and depression

·  Suicidal thoughts

·  Immigration and cultural transition

·  Life transitions, loss, and endings

·  Body image and appearance-related concerns

·  The emotional impact of social media

·  Loneliness and fear of intimacy

·  Work-related stress and pressure

Starting Therapy With Me

  • We can begin with a free 20-minute introductory call, offering a space to talk about what brings you to therapy.

During this conversation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and get a sense of how I work, and whether this feels like the right space for you.

  • You’re welcome to book a 60-minute initial consultation, offering a space for us to explore what working together might look like.

There is no expectation to commit to further sessions. Finding the right help can feel confusing, especially if you’re not yet sure what you need. A one-off assessment session can offer space to reflect and consider what kind of support might feel right for you.

  • If we choose to work together, we’ll meet for regular 50-minute sessions, in person or online.

I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy. Short-term work can support you through a specific difficulty, while longer-term psychotherapy allows space to explore deeper patterns and questions over time.
